- 250mg of Potassium (from potassium chloride)
- 70mg of Magnesium (from magnesium bisglycinate)
- Natural Lemon Fruit powder
- Citric Acid
- Stevia Leaf Extract
- Silicon Dioxide
Main Actives
SO WHAT ARE THOSE MATERIALS?
- Sodium chloride: This is the main electrolyte lost in sweat. It helps maintain fluid balance, nerve function, and muscle contractions, essential for optimal physical performance and overall health.
- Potassium chloride: Also helps regulate fluid balance and muscle contractions, minimising the risk of cramps.
- Magnesium Bisglycinate: Magnesium additionally aids in muscle recovery. The bisglycinate variant is very well known and one of the most gentle ones on the gut, which helps digestion.
- Natural Lemon Fruit Powder: This is pure lemon powder, and it gives saltify the mild lemon flavour it has. This is also the source of any carbs in the product.
- Citric Acid: This makes it taste more citrusy as well as less salty. In addition, it helps with the absorption of the main electrolytes in the formula.
- Stevia Leaf Extract: We add a very small amount of Stevia which helps make the salt a bit more palatable.
- Silicon Dioxide: A tiny amount of silicon dioxide is added in order to be able to pack and ship it, as well as keep it from becoming a solid block. This is very well tested and does not have known adverse effects.
