Saltify Ambassador Agreement

This Agreement is made and
entered into on this date by and between E11 Labs Pte Ltd / Saltify (the “Company”), a company registered and existing under the laws of Singapore, with its principal place of business located
at 32 Pekin Street #05-01, Singapore, 048762, and [Ambassador’s Name] (the “Ambassador”).

The purpose of this Agreement is
to establish the terms and conditions under which the Ambassador will promote
Saltify products on social media and other platforms. Saltify is a brand
dedicated to athletes, offering a product that supports optimal performance and endurance. We aim to build a strong and trusted brand together with our ambassadors, where our values and mission align.

To participate in the Program,
you must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into contracts. We seek individuals who understand the importance of hydration and are passionate about joining our Saltify family.

Upon joining the program, you
will receive a unique referral code ("Referral Code") that you can
share with others ("Referred Customers"). This code allows Referred Customers to receive a 10% discount on their orders, and you will earn a commission as follows:

Earning Commissions: You will
earn a commission of 10% of the discounted purchase price (excluding shipping charges) for each completed sale made using your Referral Code.
Commissions are only earned on sales that are not returned or canceled.
The Referral Code is applicable only for purchases made directly from our website and not at other points of sale.

Payouts: Commissions are paid monthly within the first week of a month via PayNow or bank transfer once your account balance reaches a minimum of 20 SGD. If this threshold is not met, your earnings will roll over to the next payout period.

The Ambassador agrees to represent Saltify as a premium brand for athletes. The Ambassador will promote Saltify in a manner that aligns with the Company’s brand identity and messaging. The Ambassador shall not engage in hard selling tactics but rather focus on educating and engaging with their audience.

Content Guidelines: The Ambassador must create and share content that positively reflects the Saltify brand.
The Ambassador must avoid any statements, claims, or representations that are false, misleading, or that could negatively impact the brand.

Personal Use Only: The Referral Code is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Referral Code in any paid advertising, including but not limited to search engine ads, social media ads, or other online or offline marketing channels.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct when promoting the Referral Code. Violation of this section may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

Saltify reserves the right to
review any content created by the Ambassador that pertains to the Saltify brand. If the Company deems any content to be inappropriate or not in line with
the brand’s image, the Ambassador agrees to remove or modify such content upon request.

As an ambassador, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Promote Saltify products honestly and without making false or misleading claims.

Follow any additional guidelines or instructions provided by our Saltify team.

We reserve the right to
terminate your participation in the program at any time, with or without cause. If terminated, you will receive any unpaid commissions.

The Ambassador acknowledges that all intellectual property rights associated with the Saltify brand, including trademarks, logos, and content, are the exclusive property of Saltify. The Ambassador
is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such intellectual property solely for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement.

You agree to keep any
confidential information shared with you, including but not limited to business strategies, marketing plans, and customer information, private and secure.

We are not responsible for any
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your participation in the program.

The Ambassador agrees not to make any statements, whether public or private, that
could disparage or harm the reputation of Saltify, its products, employees, or ambassadors.
This clause remains in effect even after the termination of the Agreement.

The Ambassador agrees to comply
with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the promotion of products, including but not limited to all applicable laws related to social media posting, online language and sponsored content.

The Ambassador may not assign or
transfer any of their rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of Saltify. Any unauthorized assignment will be considered null and void.

We may update these Terms and
Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via e-mail and website update, and continued participation in the Program after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

The Ambassador is an independent
entity and is not an employee, agent, or partner of E11 Labs Pte Ltd / Saltify. The Ambassador shall have no authority to bind Saltify or incur any obligations on its behalf without the prior written consent of Saltify.

By participating in the Program,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
